Children & Family Engagement
Who is this for?
Hosts — venues, organizations, family offices, host families — who need programming for children and multigenerational groups to a professional standard. People who have decided that “we’ll figure something out” is not enough.
What problem does it solve?
Children’s programming at events tends to be either improvised or outsourced to a generalist. Both produce a “we tried” result. We provide programming designed by people whose primary discipline is working with children.
What do we deliver?
A program for the duration of the engagement, the staff to run it, and a clear handoff with the host. Activities are age-appropriate, language-appropriate, and structured around educational content rather than time-fillers.
What formats exist?
- Single-event programming (a wedding weekend, a family reunion, a corporate family day)
- Multi-day programming inside a longer engagement
- Recurring engagement at a host venue (a hotel, a cultural site)
What does it look like in practice?
A [TK length]-day engagement for a [TK host type] hosting [TK group composition]. Program lead plus [TK number] staff. Activities span morning learning blocks, outdoor afternoon programming, and an evening session for families together.
How do we start?
Make an inquiry. Share the host, the date, the group, and what you want the children and families to walk away with. We respond to inquiries within two working days; a proposal follows within five.
Standards
All facilitators on engagements involving children hold a current Italian certificato del casellario giudiziale and a valid pediatric first-aid certification. Adult-to-child ratios run [TK ratio for younger band] for ages [TK younger range] and [TK ratio for older band] for ages [TK older range]. The studio carries [TK insurance type].
