Retreat & Event Programming

Who is this for?

Retreat organizers, villa hosts, and private clients running gatherings in Italy who want educational or family programming inside the event without managing it themselves.

What problem does it solve?

A serious retreat or off-site has adult programming that earns the cost of bringing everyone together. The programming for children, partners, and accompanying family often does not. We provide both, or either.

What do we deliver?

A program plan agreed with the host, on-site delivery during the event, and the staffing required to run it. We operate inside an existing event — we are not the venue, the caterer, or the event producer.

What formats exist?

• Full programming for accompanying children and families during a multi-day event
• Educational sessions for the adult program (workshops, facilitated discussions, panel moderation)
• Hybrid programming where adults and families overlap for some sessions

What does it look like in practice?

A weekend retreat at a [TK region] villa with [TK number] adult guests and [TK number] children aged [TK age range]. Adult program: two half-day facilitated sessions in English and Italian. Family program: full days for the children with a lead and one assistant, including outdoor and place-based activities.

How do we start?

Make an inquiry. Share the venue, the dates, the size and shape of the group, and what you want from the program. We respond to inquiries within two working days; a proposal follows within five.

Standards (engagements involving children)

All facilitators on engagements involving children hold a current Italian certificato del casellario giudiziale and a valid pediatric first-aid certification. The studio carries [TK insurance type].
